Ben Brown, lead singer, song writer and my son, recently performed on the historic Cleveland Agora stage with his band, Vanishing Apollo. The stage has been host to such legends as Bruce Springsteen, Ian Hunter, Patti Smith, the Clash, Iggy Pop, David Bowie, the Plasmatics (Cleveland.com).

“It was an honor performing on such a historic stage,” Ben Brown said. “I knew that I had to pull out all the stops. It was our best performance ever. We rocked the house.”

Since he was two, conducting recordings of the Boston Symphony through endless Mozart and Beethoven concerts, he has been drawn to music.

Ben began performing with Vanishing Apollo in 2010 but has been on stage singing, dancing and acting since elementary school. Ben Brown will perform with Drunken Sunday at The House of Blues on March 24 and with Vanishing Apollo at the Beachland Tavern on March 31.
